		<description>I think that if there is going to be a change 128Bit Computers then why would companies want to upgrade to Windows 7 in the next year or two only to find there may not be a compatible upgrade from 7 to 8, one of my friends told me that his IT Department still runs Windows 2000 on most of there machines due to some kind of specialised software his company run on there computers and they have decided to wait untill next year to start upgrading to Windows 7 as there policy is to upgrade every 10 years. Makes sense to me if they do not want to waste good computers just because of a change in the hardware standards</description>

		<description>lol, I try to think about who these guys waiting for Windows 8 are, given the quality of Windows 7. Well, perhaps if they just recently DID upgrade to Windows Vista and have some sort of upgrade policy to not upgrade OS more often than every five years or so.</description>
