Tweak Windows 7 with Tweak 7

(Follow me on Twitter: msftkitchen)

The same folks who brought you TweakVI now have a public beta going for their latest Windows tweaking product, Tweak7. I’ve yet to try it myself but for those of you interested in keeping up with the latest tweaking tools, I figured you might enjoy checking out the free public beta. Supposedly containing, “hundreds of tweaks (ranging from) startmenu, to desktop tweaks, from taskbar customization to system tweaks,” it sounds like they’re off to a great start:

Start Menu Tweaks

Taskbar Tweaks

Registry Tweaks

Memory Optimization

If any of you do try it, please feel free to leave your comments as to how it worked for you (or even IF it worked), your favorite features, if you think you’ll keep using it when it goes final, etc. Heck, between Tweak7 and Windows 7 Secrets, I think the Windows 7 tweaking community pretty much has it covered!

You seem to have you captions mixed up on the Start Menu / Taskbar tweak pictures :) .

Michael: Oops. Nice catch! Thanks for letting me know. =)

Minimum height requirement is 768, so it won't run on my netbook. No idea why they have put this restriction in place …

^ Just force it to run in a different resolution through the .exe

Stephen, note that there are two products with very similar names. You're discussing Tweak-7 (there's a hyphen before the 7). There's a completely different product from Stardock that's named Tweak7.
