Office 2010: A Virus all Over my Face

If you haven’t checked up on it in a while, go watch the latest clip on Office 2010: The Movie. It’s fairly cheesy but definitely managed to get a few, “lol’s” out of me. I’m all for a humor-based campaign to sell a product, but hopefully this won’t flop… wherever it’s going. The massive Bing marketing campaign seems to be paying off for the company, so perhaps this, too, will be another step in the right direction for Microsoft’s recent marketing ventures. Anyway, enough chat.

Haha that was gold. And whos that Tina chick? shes a cracker.

It will be interesting to see what other new features Office 2010 has that the leak didn't.

I torrented the technical preview, it's pretty much a warmed-over MSO 2007. Some things are better, like it's a lighter and loads faster (like Vista and Windows 7 lol).

I warn you: the version I torrented started out as a RAR file, then expanded into a BIN and CUE (it's a disk image). When I mounted the image, the setup.exe had a virus inside it! When you right click the setup.exe and choose open with WinRAR, you can clearly see two files inside the setup: 1.) The real setup.exe and 2.) CODEC.EXE, a known virus. So if you torrent this just replace the 'modded' setup with the real one inside the modded one. lol that was complicated
