My interpretations:

Component Delivery Platform: This had damn well better not be used as "pay-as-you-go." If it's just WinPE on steroids, that's fine though.

Data Protection and Encryption: Gets the Rhys Seal of Approval.

ClickOnce: Nrgh... some of us don't like everything to be integrated to this extent. Seems like everyone is getting on the "internet application delivery" bandwagon, ignoring the ramifications of this kind of software, eg borking things for users who don't have 100% internet connectivity.

Application Compatibility: Hmm, this almost looks likes hypervisors or emulation.

Windows 7 Wireless Platform: I don't see any actual content here at this time.

Code Security: Not enough content here to comment on.

Serviceability: Same.

Windows Update: Software as a Service is bad. Especially when you pay for it.

StrongBox: Looks like the Sandbox-type technologies that have been looked at in the past. Always good.

Firewall: Not enough data here, just a list of protocols.

PnP: I can't figure out what this means.

UI and UX: Goodbye Explorer... it was good knowing you.

Find and Organize: WinFS, is that you?

WFD: This would be awesome. At least, if you didn't have to pay for it.
